Our mushrooms are grown using pasteurized hay and wheat straw in bags that are suspended in innovative, state-of-the-art temperature and humidity controlled units. We use demineralized water from our own water source and follow the food and safety standards of our FSSAI certification.
We have innovated our own machinery for pasteurization and centrifugal spinning. While the mushroom are budding and growing, no harmful chemicals and pesticides are used. We only use botanical oils for ensuring our growing, fruiting and packing chambers are clean.
Our priority is to provide safe and standardized processes to the team on the ground. We take pride in our streamlined processes and work with the operational team to ensure the procedures are followed, start to end.
Mushrooms are at your doorstep 24-48 hours after harvest. All mushrooms after that are pickled or dried and powdered
